History
In May 1983, in response to a request that an ad hoc committee be formed to focus on feminine consciousness, the Task Force on Women in Church and Society began. The group went through a number of name changes, and, in 1992, it became known as the Sinsinawa Women’s Network.

Vision Statement
The Sinsinawa Women’s Network includes those who are willing to work toward a feminist vision of inclusivity and justice for all peoples and respect for all creation.

Goals

Membership
The Women’s Network meets two times per year. Any Vowed Member, Associate, Dominican Volunteer, or person with whom we share our lives is welcome to join. If you are interested in joining the committee, contact the Peace and Justice Office at opjustice@aol.com.
