Sister Marie Sarah Dineen, OP
Sr. is the daughter of the late Cornelius and the late Margaret (Stapleton) Dineen. Sr. Marie Sarah's ministry has been dedicated to education, both teaching and administration. She has ministered in Illinois, Wisconsin, and New York. Sr. Marie Sarah is currently ministering as a volunteer.
Sr. Patricia Dorsey, OP (Marie Roberta)
Sr. Patricia is the daughter of the late Robert and the late Marie (Burvenich) Dorsey. Her ministry has been dedicated to teaching and pastoral ministry. She has ministered in Illinois, Minnesota, South Dakota, Wisconsin, and Washington. Sr. Patricia is currently living in community at St. Dominic Villa.
Sister Danielle Griffin, OP
Sr. Danielle is the daughter of the late Benton and the late Margaret (Walsch) Griffin. Her ministry has been dedicated to education and administration. She has ministered in South Dakota, Minnesota, Wisconsin, Illinois, Alabama, Nebraska, Iowa, and Alaska. Sr. Danielle is currently living in community at the Motherhouse.
Sister Margaret "Peggy" Mary Griffin, OP (Marie Annette)
Sr. Peggy is the daughter of the late James and the late Margaret (Duhaime) Griffin. Her ministry has been dedicated to teaching and pastoral ministry. She has ministered in Minnesota, Illinois, Montana, Wisconsin, California, New Mexico, Texas, Alaska, Washington, and Bolivia. Sr. Peggy is currently living in community at the Motherhouse.
Sr. Dorothy Hughes, OP (Marie Matthew)
Sr. Dorothy's home parish is St. Joseph in the La Crosse Diocese. She is the daughter of the late Matt and the late Caroline (Kraemer) Hughes. Sr. Dorothy's ministry has been dedicated to teaching and administration. In the Chicago Archdiocese, Sr. Dorothy taught home economics at St. Thomas Apostle High School, Chicago, 1948-1954; and at Trinity, River Forest, 1965-1966. In the Archdiocese of Dubuque, Sr. Dorothy served as the nutritionist at St. Dominic Villa, Dubuque, 1954-1965 and 1966-1970. In the Diocese of Madison, Sr. Dorothy served as the area agent and instructor for Southwest Wisconsin Technical College, Fennimore, 1970-1994. Since 1994 she has served as the adult basic education instructor for the college. Sr. Dorothy has also served as coordinator, artist and member of the Sinsinawa Strings Orchestra since 1965.
Sr. Mary Agnes Koenig, OP
Sr. Mary Agnes is the daughter of the late Michael and the late Marie (Kronebusch) Koenig. Sr. Mary Alice made her religious profession as a Poor School Sister of St. Dominic of Speyer, Germany, at Kettle Falls, Wash., in 1958. The congregation members at Kettle Falls became the Dominican Sisters of Spokane in 1986 and merged with the Sinsinawa Dominicans in 1995. Sr. Mary Agnes' ministry has been dedicated to health care and administration. She has ministered in Washington and Montana. Sr. Mary Agnes is currently living in community at St. Joseph Convent, Chewelah, WA.
Sister Alice Kole, OP (Casimira)
Sr. Alice is the daughter of the late Leon and the late Karolia (Sieminska) Kolezynski. Her ministry has been dedicated to teaching. She has ministered in Minnesota, Wisconsin, Illinois, New York, California, and Colorado. Sr. Alice is currently living in community in California.
Sr. Marie Frederic Lucks, OP
Sr. Marie Frederic's home parish is St. Mary Cathedral, Cheyenne, in the Cheyenne Diocese. She is the daughter of the late Fred and the late Anna (Vermillon) Lucks. Sr. Marie Frederic's ministry has been dedicated to teaching. She has ministered in Illinois, Wisconsin, Iowa, Nebraska, Texas, Colorado, and Oklahoma. Sr. Marie Frederic is currently living in community at the Motherhouse.
Sr. Catherine Lyons, OP (Marie Edmund)
Sr. Catherine is the daughter of the late Redmond and the late Bridget (McNamara) Lyons. Her ministry has been dedicated to teaching. She has ministered in Minnesota, Iowa, Illinois, Wisconsin, and California. Sr. Catherine is currently ministering as a volunteer in Faribault, MN.
Sr. Bianca Madden, OP
Sr. Bianca's home parish is Annunciation in the St. Paul and Minneapolis Archdiocese. She is the daughter of the late Charles and the late Helen (Borgman) Madden. Sr. Bianca's ministry has been dedicated to education, both teaching and administration. She has ministered in Wisconsin, Illinois, Minnesota, and Montana. Sr. Bianca is currently ministering as a volunteer in Richfield, MN.
Sr. Loretta McIlvenna, OP (Marie Simeon)
Sr. Loretta is the daughter of the late John and the late Theresa (Maher) McIlvenna. Her ministry has been dedicated to teaching. She has ministered in Iowa, Minnesota, Illinois, Nebraska, Wisconsin, Tennessee, Alabama, and Oklahoma. Sr. Loretta is currently ministering as a volunteer in Benton, WI.
Sr. Jean Richter, OP (Honoria)
Sr. Jean hails from the St. Paul and Minneapolis Archdiocese. She is the daughter of the late Herbert and the late Margaret (Finley) Richter. Sr. Jean's ministry has been dedicated to education. In the Diocese of Madison, Sr. Jean taught at Edgewood Campus School, Madison, 1961-1965. She ministered at Edgewood College, Madison, as a history teacher, 1969-1975 and 1980-1997; dean of students, 1972-1975; and college archivist, 1997-2004. She has also ministered in Illinois and New York, as well as Florence, Italy. Sr. Jean is currently living in community in Madison, WI.
Sr. Marie Colette Ryan, OP
Sr. Marie Colette's home parish is St. Cecilia Cathedral, Omaha, in the Omaha Archdiocese. She is the daughter of the late George and the late Nora (Cox) Ryan. Sr. Marie Colette's ministry has been dedicated to teaching. In the Archdiocese of Chicago, Sr. Marie Colette taught at Epiphany, Chicago, 1948-1959; and St. Cajetan, Chicago, 1970-1978. She also taught at Dominican University, River Forest, for 23 years during the summer months. In the Archdiocese of Los Angeles, Sr. Marie Colette taught at St. Thomas More, Alhambra, 1959-1966. In the Archdiocese of Dubuque, Sr. Marie Colette taught at St. Joseph, Dubuque, 1966-1967. In the Diocese of Madison, Sr. Marie Colette taught at St. Patrick, Madison, 1970-1978. In the Archdiocese of Omaha, Sr. Marie Colette taught at St. Michael, South Sioux City, 1978-1987. In the Diocese of Camden, Sr. Marie Colette taught at St. James, Ventnor, 1987-2007. Sr. Marie Colette is currently living in community in Chicago.
Sr. Mary Schlehuber, OP (Mary Ania)
Sr. Mary's home parish is St. Thomas in the Peoria Diocese. She is the daughter of the late Clarence and the late Veronica (Scanlon) Schlehuber. Sr. Mary's ministry has been dedicated to teaching and chaplaincy. In the Diocese of Rockford, Sr. Mary taught at St. Mary, Dixon, 1948-1952. In the Archdiocese of Chicago, Sr. Mary taught at St. Jarlath, Chicago, 1952-1953; St. Vincent Ferrer, River Forest, 1953-1957; St. Sabina, Chicago, 1960-1967; and St. Louis de Montfort, Oak Lawn, 1969-1973. In the Diocese of Madison, Sr. Mary taught at St. Mary, Portage, 1957-1960; and Sacred Heart, Reedsburg, 1967-1969. In the Archdiocese of Los Angeles, Sr. Mary taught at All Saints, Los Angeles, 1973-1975 and 1976-1978. She ministered as a chaplain at St. John's Health Center, Santa Monica, 1978-2004. Sr. Mary is currently volunteering at St. John and St. Monica, both Santa Monica, CA.
Sister Mary Supple, OP (Marie Jarlath)
Sr. Mary's home parish is St. Margaret of Scotland, Chicago, in the Chicago Archdiocese. She is the daughter of the late John and the late Bridget (Henneberry) Supple. Sr. Mary's ministry has been dedicated to teaching. In the Archdiocese of Chicago, Sr. Mary taught at St. Luke, River Forest, 1961-1962; Immaculate Conception, Chicago, 1962-1968; St. Cajetan, Chicago, 1968-1971; and at St. Sabina, Chicago, 1973-1975, 1980-2000. She has also ministered in Iowa, Minnesota, Nebraska and Oklahoma. Sr. Mary is living in community at the Motherhouse, Sinsinawa.
Sr. Mary Ellen Werner, OP (Marie Matthias)
Sr. Mary Ellen is the daughter of the late Anthony and the late Dorothy (Bowler) Werner. Her ministry has been dedicated to teaching and pastoral ministry. She has ministered in Minnesota, Oklahoma, Montana, Illinois, South Dakota, and Wisconsin. Sr. Mary Ellen is living in community in Sheboygan, WI.
Sister June Wilkerson, OP (Marie Jerome)
Sr. June's home parish is Presentation in the St. Louis Archdiocese. She is the daughter of the late Jerome and the late Mary Grace (Mead) Wilkerson. Sr. June's ministry has been dedicated to teaching, community organizing, and peace and justice work. In the Archdiocese of Los Angeles, Sr. June ministered at Providence Holy Cross Medical Center, Los Angeles, as the coordinator of the parish nurse and Latino health promoters outreach program, 1990-1994 and 1997-1999, and as the coordinator of the tattoo removal program, 1999-2004. She has also ministered in Illinois, Montana, Alabama, Wisconsin, Minnesota and Indiana. Sr. June is living in community in Canyon Country, Cal.
