Praying for Peace
The Sinsinawa Dominican Sisters invited staff and the public to join them in praying for peace on Sept. 21 at Sinsinawa Mound. “Wrap the World in Prayer for Peace” was held in conjunction with the International Day of Prayer for Peace established by the United Nations in 1981. Dominican congregations around the world participated by joining together in prayer for peace. Bernita Hessling, OP, took part in the prayer ritual.
