A Circle of Drums From the dance of the simplest atom to the vibrant pulsing of the human heart, everything in the universe possesses the essence of rhythm. Since human beings are indeed rhythmic creatures in many ways, it's only natural for us to gather to celebrate the pulses of our own lives and to share with others in the awareness of the ever-present cosmic beat. Once considered a sacred art form and effective means of community well-being by many cultures throughout the world, group drumming is once again being rediscovered as a popular and useful tool for bringing people together to share in the celebration of life. This hands-on "play shop" will engage and inspire participants by * promoting a spirit of teamwork, cooperation, and sense of community; * developing new life skills and personal accomplishment; * rediscovering the wisdom and lore of an ancient tradition with present day applications; * reducing stress, fatigue, and negative emotions with body-mind-spirit interaction; * enhancing concentration, attentiveness, energy, and awarenss; and * having fun with music and friends in a relaxed, joyful environment.

Formerly a member of teh popular eclectic folk/acoustic group Northern Light, Bill founded Planetary Productions, Ltd., in 1993 and has offered his presentations to groups throughout the country.
