Trees, trees, trees! Come celebrate Arbor Day at the Mound with a lovely hike through our forests discussion the arboreal giants that live among us. This is an outdoor activity and we will be hiking on and off trail so be sure to bring sturdy hiking boots and weather appropriate clothing.

Friday, April 28, 5-6 p.m. Check in will begin at 4:45 p.m. so the hike can start promptly at 5 p.m.

$10/person. Registration ends Thursday, April 27.

Presenter: Laurana Snyder has been the Sinsinawa Mound Horticulturist and Farm Coordinator since 2021 but has been working with the collaborative farm since 2018. She holds a Forest Management degree from Colorado State University and has a passion for organic farming, food history, and all things plant related.
