Meditation this, meditation that, meditation to be more such and such, meditation to become less such and such. Everyone want something out of meditation. In, fact, the practice of meditation has become so popularized that it promises to offer some desired outcome. A kind of commodity we purchase for a particular purpose. When, in fact, the practice of meditation is a way of being in our lives with less fear and greater compassion. Whether you are new to the practice of meditation or have strayed from your practice and want a refresher, this on-line retreat will provide you with the essential methods of this practice.
During our time together in this retreat, we will explore the fundamental basics of a variety of helpful meditation practices; as well al having time to practice several meditation methods.

Presenter: Tom Roberts is a licensed psychotherapist and clinical hypnotherapist with more than 30 years experience. Tom has worked in a variety of settings from inpatient addiction treatment programs to his present private practice, where he specializes in hypnotherapy and mindfulness therapy with particular emphasis on his unique approach to mind-body healing.
Tom is well known for his skill in integrating the latest medical / scientific information in a fashion that allows his audiences to make the most out of their personal, professional and healing journeys.
