Remembering Our Loved Ones at Holiday Time
December 8 1:30 pm - 2:30 pm
This winter holiday season is fast approaching, and the pressure and expectation for joy and good cheer can produce additional stress for those who mourn their loved ones. We understand the struggles that this time of year can bring. Our hope is to offer you an opportunity to remember your loved ones in a special and meaningful way. Each of us journey through grief in our own way and time. We hope you find this gathering supportive and part of your healing process. We look forward to the opportunity to walk with you as you experience the many emotions and memories that the holiday season can bring.
This ecumenical service will be held to honor family and friends who have died. We are planning to honor our deceased loved ones by displaying a personalized ornament on a tree. The service is a living memorial and provides an opportunity for you and your family to experience a new and meaningful ritual. During this service you will be presented with the ornament to take and place in your home during the holiday season.
Light refreshments and fellowship will follow the service in the foyer outside the chapel.
Please feel free to share this information with any family and/or friends who might be interested in this ecumenical service.
To remember your loved one(s) with a free ornament, contact Janice Demuth at 608-748-4411, ext. 811 by November 29.
