Composer, artist and author Dan Schutte will be at Sinsinawa Mound for a concert at 7 p.m. Friday, March 29. With a musical legacy of 50 years, the music of Schutte has played an integral role in shaping the liturgical life of the English-speaking Church. His songs have lifted the hearts of generations of faith seekers into deeper prayer and worship of God. Schutte’s new collection, Love and Grace, featuring his beautiful melodies and compelling lyrics, continues that legacy. For years, the music of Dan Schutte has anchored the faith of Christians and inspired us to draw closer to God. His songs include “City of God”; “Here I Am, Lord”; “Sing a New Song”; “You Are Near”; and, more recently, “These Alone Are Enough.” A freewill offering will be accepted.
