to Give Cornerstones Lecture at Sinsinawa
The second annual Cornerstones Lecture will feature author Kathleen Norris at 2 p.m. Saturday, May 4, at Sinsinawa Mound. Norris is the award-winning poet, writer, and author of “The New York Times” bestsellers “TheCloister Walk”; “Acedia & Me: A Marriage, Monks, and a Writer’s Life”; “Dakota: A Spiritual Geography”; “Amazing Grace: A Vocabulary of Faith”; “The Virgin of Bennington”;and seven books of poetry. She is the nonfiction editor of the Saint Katherine Review and serves as an editorial advisor to Give Us This Day.
The lecture is free and open to the public and is offered in recognition of the founding Sisters of the Sinsinawa Dominican Congregation. It will be followed by a reception and book signing.
