Professed in 1955, she taught in the following schools: Holy Rosary, Minneapolis; St. Vincent Ferrer, River Forest, IL; St. Patrick, Ottawa, IL; St. Joseph, Dubuque, IA; and Our Lady of Mercy, Bronx, NY. Sister Lynn served as principal at St. Patrick, Madison, WI; Immaculate Conception, Chicago; St. Luke, River Forest, IL; Most Holy Redeemer, Evergreen Park, IL; and St. Elizabeth Ann Seton, Palm Coast, FL. She ministered as coordinator of religious education at St. Bernard Parish and Missions, Blackfoot, ID, and as director of religious education at St. Isidore Parish, Mt. Clemens, MI. While in Chicago, Sister Lynn cared for her family and served the Sinsinawa Dominican Congregation as provincial councilor for the Eastern Province and as a member of the Development Office staff. She ministered as codirector or the reading program at African Caribbean American Catholic Center (AFCAAM), Fort Myers, FL, and volunteered in the Development Office at St. Andrew School, Cape Coral, FL, and in the Fort Myers area. She ministered as an English as a second language teacher at Blessed Sacrament, Chicago, and worked at Catholic Social Service Center, sponsored by Sacred Heart Southern Missions, Tunica, MS, where she helped initiate a housing program for low-income people to educate them and to build and own their own homes. Sr. Jeanne was the assistant director of the Office of Religious Education for the Diocese of Beaumont, TX, and spiritual director and scripture teacher at the motherhouse, Sinsinawa.
