Retreat on Wendell Berry Feb. 29 at Sinsinawa

The farmer-poet Wendell Berry is arguably today’s most important, prophetic, and interesting writer on matters of land, health, community, and spirituality. Come celebrate Berry’s life and words at Sinsinawa Mound during What I Stand for Is What I Stand On: A Retreat on Wendell Berry 10 a.m.-3 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 29. We’ll contemplatively delve into his importance for our precarious age through talks, discussion, silence, and contemplative time outdoors (weather permitting).

The registration deadline is Feb. 21, and the fee is $50.
