Sinsinawa
Sisters to Make Final Profession
The requests of Quincy Howard, OP; Christin Tomy, OP; and Nicole Reich, OP, to make perpetual profession were approved by the Dominican Sisters of Sinsinawa Leadership Council in April. “Our Constitution reminds us: In accepting Quincy, Christin, and Nicole, we, the Congregation, open ourselves to each woman’s influence and to the Spirit speaking in each woman, just as she undertakes continuing conversion into membership. Together we enter a process of change that carries our past into the promise of the future” (#33), noted Toni Harris, OP. “We thank our Provident God for Quincy’s, Christin’s, and Nicole’s call to Dominican life. Because of current pandemic constraints, specifics related to a profession ritual are yet to be determined.”
