All cancellations or requests to reschedule date of reservation cannot be done online and must be made by calling and/or emailing Sinsinawa Mound Center at 608-748-4411, ext. 811 or firstname.lastname@example.org at least fourteen (14) days in advance of the original reservation arrival date.
If rescheduling of a reservation is needed, that rescheduled date must be submitted and approved by the registrar at least seven (7) days prior to the original reservation date of arrival. A reservation holder has only ONE (1) opportunity to reschedule their original reservation.
If a retreat/event is cancelled by Sinsinawa Mound Center, a full refund will be issued to the person that made the original reservation.
The $50 deposit of any reservation is NON-REFUNDABLE. Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis for events such as sudden illness, death of a family member, etc.
