THE THIN PLACES: A CELTIC LANDSCAPE FROM IRELAND TO THE DRIFTLESS

Join us for a presentation and workshop exploring sacred place through Celtic tradition, photography, and reflective readings.
The Thin Places examines eight Celtic principles of sacred place through a visually rich photographic journey connecting landscapes in Ireland with those of the Driftless Area. Interwoven with the images are brief, evocative readings from the author, inviting reflection on land, spirit, and belonging. Participants will be encouraged to discover—and share—their own experiences of “thin places,” where the boundary between the physical and the sacred feels especially close.
After the program, participants are welcome to gather outdoors for a gentle stroll on the Sinsinawa grounds, offering an opportunity to “bring the work home.”
This program is free, open to all and complimented with afternoon refreshments.
