Sinsinawa Sweepstakes: Official Rules 2024

Official Rules and Entry Procedures

1. Sinsinawa Sweepstakes: Five cash prizes totaling $15,000 will be awarded as soon as possible after winners are selected in a random drawing at noon October 8, 2024, at Sinsinawa Mound. Names will be drawn in the order of largest prize to smallest prize for $5,000, $4,000, $3,000, $2,000, and $1,000.
2. The sweepstakes begins April 1, 2024, and receipt of entry ends at 11:59:59 AM CDT
   October 8, 2024.
3. No contribution is necessary to enter or to win a prize in this sweepstakes. A donation will not increase your odds of winning.
4. Exact odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
5. To enter, you must return the Sinsinawa Sweepstakes official entry form. To request an additional official entry form be mailed to you, contact Sinsinawa Sweepstakes, Office of Philanthropy,
   585 County Road Z, Sinsinawa, WI 53824-9701; call (608) 748-4411, ext. 292; or email
   philanthropy@sinsinawa.org.
6. To enter someone else, please place a label over your preprinted name on the entry form or contact us for a blank entry form using the information in rule 5 above.
7. Open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia (U.S.).
8. Entrant must be 18 years or older at the time of entry.
9. Dominican Sisters of Sinsinawa and paid employees of Sinsinawa Dominicans, Inc., and members of their same household are ineligible for sweepstakes prizes.
10. If a potential winner is found to be ineligible, that prize will be relinquished to the next consecutive winner, and another entry will be drawn to fulfill the total number of prizes.
11. Need not be present to win.
12. Once submitted, the entry becomes the sole property of Sinsinawa and will not be returned.
13. Winners will be notified by phone, email, and/or postal mail.
14. Winners are responsible for any taxes which may be applicable.
15. A social security number is required before prize amount is released. If the winner does not provide their social security number within 30 days of the date of drawing, their prize will be relinquished to the next consecutive winner, and another entry will be drawn to fulfill the total number of prizes.
16. By entering, entrant agrees to be bound by these Official Rules and all applicable local, state, and federal laws. Void where prohibited by law.
17. To be removed from our sweepstakes mailing list, send your name and address using the return envelope or contact us using the phone number or email in rule 5 above.
